Charlie Bird's visit to Brackloon N.S.

Brackloon N.S. welcomed Charlie Bird, his wife Claire and their dog Tiger to our school on Thursday. There was great excitement to meet Charlie ahead of his big challenge to climb Croagh Patrick on Saturday. The children did a lap of our pitch with Charlie and presented him with cards from each class. Charlie spoke to the children and thanked them for all their support and positive energy ahead of his big challenge. On Saturday the Brackloon N.S. Climb with Charlie team will climb the Reek from the Taobhnagroagha side to meet Charlie at the 1st station and support him on the final leg of the climb. We wish Charlie and everyone taking part the very best of luck. We will all be supporting Charlie from near and far to ensure he succeeds in this big challenge.
